02 — Selected work
All five went through my studio, UXSparrow. I led the design on every one and wrote most of the front-end code. The full write-ups are over there.
A multi-family office with an old site and five services that all sounded the same. I reorganised it so someone lands on the service they actually need in one click, and redid the look so the firm reads as trustworthy rather than just expensive.
An AI survey builder with two very different users. The person writing the survey needs the generated draft to feel like their own work. The person answering it decides in about three seconds whether to bother. I designed both sides as one product rather than two.
Wholesale grocery ordering for businesses in Kuwait. The buyer is a restaurant with a credit limit and a standing weekly order, not someone browsing for fun. So the whole thing is built around reordering, case quantities and account terms instead of a normal shop checkout.
A farm supply shop where one customer keeps a single rabbit and the next runs a stable, and every product looks like the same brown sack in a photo. Most of the work went into the filters and the product page, so quantity, animal and feed type could do the job the pictures couldn't.
A civil services academy in a market where every competitor promises exactly the same thing. Instead of another wall of topper photos, the site leads with this year's batches, dates and results, so a candidate can work out in seconds whether it is for them.

I started out as a web designer in 2008 and never really moved away from the interface. Most of those years went into products rather than brochure sites: fleet telematics, ordering platforms, admin panels. The kind of screens people stare at for eight hours a day and quietly resent.

The visuals are the easy part. The real work is deciding what belongs on a screen, what can wait for the next one, and what the person is actually trying to get done. I do the research, the flows and the visual system, then build the front end myself. Writing the code is what keeps me honest about what is actually buildable.

In 2025 I started UXSparrow, a small studio that does this for clients. This site is the personal side of it — my own track record, and the quickest way to reach me without going through anyone else.

Straight answers, no jargon, and I will tell you when something you have asked for is a bad idea. You end up with the working files, the component library and enough documentation that you are not tied to me afterwards.

Both, and they are not competing. UXSparrow is the studio I started in 2025, and that is where client work gets contracted, invoiced and delivered. This site is me: eighteen years of work and what I personally did on it. Either way, I am the one doing the design.
A website redesign usually takes four to eight weeks. A focused UI/UX or dashboard job is more like two to four. Bigger products get split into phases, so you have something usable early instead of everything arriving at the very end.
I build. React, Next.js, Tailwind, Angular, plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or WordPress when that is the sensible choice. I can get it deployed on AWS too. I do not do back-end work — I hand over clean, documented code and work alongside your engineers.
Fixed price per project, quoted after a short call, so the number reflects real scope instead of a guess. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. Tell me the budget you have and I will tell you honestly whether it is enough.
Two or three rounds per milestone, built into the schedule rather than charged as extras. Feedback goes in one place per round, so it does not turn up in fragments across four different apps.
Yes, most of my work is remote and international. I am on IST and keep overlap hours with Europe and the Gulf. For US teams we agree a fixed window each week.
